Canon CS5600F Color Image Scanner. I’ve long been searching for an advanced scanner that can give me the perfect images from very old films that I got from my Aunt. They’re full of family photos taken from the past which I’d like to have copies of my own. Fortunately, I finally found my dream scanner — the Canon CS5600F color scanner.
From installation to operation, this device is a worry-free one at least in my opinion. Its big size is not much of a problem as long as it does its work perfectly.
What makes this a cool device is its ability to enhance even a faded print. I was more than satisfied with the final images I got after scanning. They were so clear even if the films I used were already over 20 years old. This is because the flatbed scanner can automatically adjust the images after the scanning process through the help of its bundled software that comes with the purchase of the device.
Scanning is fast as well. In fact, the unit does not even need a long warm up period to let it do its job right in an instant. It uses high luminance white LED lamps which contribute to its energy efficiency and fast scanning. If the 11 second scanning of 300 dpi images is not fast enough for you, I don’t know what is.
